The 2026 World Cup, co-hosted by Canada, Mexico and the United States, is the first 48-team edition in the tournament's history. That means more than 1,200 players across 48 national squads, spread over 104 matches. With a field that large, the usual "player of the tournament" debate becomes impossible to settle with a single poll. WC26 Arena breaks the question down into the smallest possible decision: given these two players, which one is better?

Every time you make that choice, our ranking engine updates. Show a player enough times, collect enough verdicts from enough people, and a genuine crowd-sourced order emerges — from the striker leading the Golden Boot race down to the reserve goalkeeper nobody expected to see. WC26 Arena is an independent project built by a single football fan, not affiliated with FIFA, any national federation, or any club.
